What cleaning supplies do you use?
We ask regular customers to have their own cleaning products. At IClean we believe that each household is different and requires its unique set of cleaning supplies that is not meant to be shared with others. For a one time cleaning we are ready to provide a rental kit at a flat rate. Please be advised that the kit does not include vacuum, broom, mop, bucket or toilet brush due to simple health and hygienic reasons.
Will the first cleaning take longer and is so why?
Before we can begin to perform routine weekly, bi-weekly or monthly maintenance cleaning on a home, your place is required deep and detailed cleaning in order to achieve the level of cleanliness you are looking for. Usually there is a variety of “first time” tasks which require an extra attention on our first visit. We like to call it “the catch up cleaning” to bring out your homes hidden sparkle potential! After this is achieved our expert staff will recommend a cleaning schedule to maintain the condition of your home, as well as how many hours it will take to complete the clean to your satisfaction.
What type of payments you accept?
We accept cash, cheques and e-transfers. Please call us to discuss the details.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know 48 hours in advance to avoid a late fee, otherwise $30 cancellation fee will apply. We hate to do so, but we must be considerate of our staff that rely on work we provide and respect their time. We thank you for understanding.
What if I have a pet?
We do love animals! However we kindly ask you to remove pets from premises or crate them in order of pets comfort and our safety. Please, be advised that we do not walk or clean up urine or feces left from your pet.
What do you normally clean?
Everything! We are doing our best to customize our service to meet your needs. We would never say no if you ask us to wash dishes, clean windows or change your linens. On our side we would never ask you to do some work prior to cleaning, such as tidy your place a night before. We are here to make your life easier and stress-free!
